Input Your Data

• Enter your delivery details into the respective columns in the main sheet:
  • Week Number: Input the week of the year (e.g., 1, 2, etc.).
  • Day: Enter the day of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday).
  • Date: Input the delivery date.
  • Block Length: Enter the number of hours worked for the block.
  • Pay: Input the payment received for the block.

Understand Calculations

The spreadsheet automatically calculates the following:

• Daily Earnings: Total earnings for each day.
• Weekly Earnings: Total earnings for each week.
• Rolling Weekly Hours: The hours worked over the last 7 days.
• Rolling Monthly Hours: The hours worked over the last 30 days.
• Profit/Loss: Based on your recorded expenses (fuel, tolls, etc.).

These calculations update dynamically as you input your data.

Expense Tracking

• Record your expenses in the respective columns:
  • Fuel Costs
  • Tolls
  • Maintenance
  • Other Sundries
• These are used to calculate your Net Profit.

• Key formulas and calculated columns are locked to prevent accidental overwriting.
